Visits may include documented observations of accessible interior and exterior areas, visible plumbing concerns, temperature conditions, doors, windows, appliances, finishes, and other agreed-upon checkpoints. Property visits are visual and non-invasive unless otherwise agreed.

Arrival and Departure Preparation
